Please join us at the Seventh Annual Interdisciplinary Symposium: A Teaching and Research Conference for Free Market Intellectuals at the Bay Watch Resort in North Myrtle Beach, SC on March 20, 2020.
If you would like to present at one of our concurrent sessions, please contact Robin at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Because we wish to make this symposium as affordable as possible, we will be unable to grant honorariums to presenters.
Registration: Early bird registration is $200 until January 1, 2020. Registration after this date will be $225, deadline March 10, 2020.
Deadline for a 200 word abstract submission is February 20, 2020 or until filled. (Limited Number of Spots)

The purpose of our Symposium is to bring to light the interaction of Free Market Principles and Academic Freedom in Higher Education: how it informs and advances our economy, our society, and our lives. The secondary purpose is to have professors and instructors meet like-minded people to network and establish support groups through their research. Finally, since our system of government depends on the Free Market remaining free, we need to teach our students that the Free Market is a morally good system for living, working and governing. We welcome any and all support in our endeavors.

About Cocktails And Dinner:
Sessions will be held on the Bay Watch Conference Floor. Breakfast and lunch will be served in our suite on this floor. Dinner and Cocktails are located in the same building. Because we wish to make this conference as accessible and affordable as possible, the bar and dinner are Dutch treat. You may join us, but are by no means obligated to do so. Last year's attendees found this time very enjoyable and a great time was had by all.
We have made this Symposium very affordable!
The early bird registration fee is
$200 for the entire day. The deadline for paying this fee is January 1, 2020. After this date, the fee will be raised to $225. Your fee includes access to all of the sessions, the opportunity to present your research (if you choose to do so), your abstract published in the conference proceedings, as well as breakfast, lunch and drinks.

We have a block of one bedroom suites reserved for the special rate of $108.00 plus tax and fees per night ($136.38 inclusive) for the nights of March 19-20 at Bay Watch Resort. This special price also applies for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. Past attendees have found the Bay Watch a great place to bring their families!
The one bedroom suites include 2 full size beds or 1 king size bed, living room with a full size sleeper sofa and murphy bed that drops out from the wall, full kitchen, dining area, a full bathroom and a private oceanfront balcony.
